Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with sustainable focus.
• At least 10 years of post-graduate experience in sustainable architecture.
• Professional Architect registration with SACAP.
• Proven track record leading complex projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive knowledge of green building rating systems (GBCSA) and LEED.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and energy modeling tools.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Knowledge of SA building regulations and environmental laws.
• Commitment to environmental stewardship and innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development of sustainable architectural projects.
• Mentor a team of architects and designers.
• Research sustainable materials and methods.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and consultants.
• Prepare design proposals, feasibility studies, and reports.
