Responsibilities

This is a field-based role with daily travel—ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting on-site, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service within strict SLAs. Location requirement (non-negotiable) Candidates must be based in and reside in area of request

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries and technical issues within agreed SLA timelines
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and testing on POS and desktop equipment
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and implement the best-fit solution
• Drive first time-fix outcomes and reduce repeat callouts

• Follow Quality Management System (QMS) processes and guidelines from the Field Service Manager
• Maintain sufficient boot stock and complete required administration on time
