Kelly in South Africa is seeking a hands-on Support Technician to install, maintain and repair POS and IT equipment across multiple customer sites. This field-based role requires daily travel and on-site troubleshooting, delivering excellent customer service within strict SLAs.

You will diagnose faults, perform installations and repairs, drive first-time fixes, and keep clear on-site notes and admin up to date.

Qualifikationen

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+ and N+ are required.
• ITIL Foundation is advantageous but not required.

• Resolve customer queries and technical issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and testing on POS and desktop equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and implement best-fit solutions.
• Drive first time-fix outcomes and reduce repeat callouts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional, customer-centric service.
• Update service calls with clear notes and work details completed on site.
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS) processes and guidelines from the Field Service Manager.
• Maintain sufficient boot stock and complete required administration on time.
