Job summary

Candidates must reside in the Lusikisiki area and have CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications, matric, and ITIL knowledge is a plus. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to access various sites.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ required.
• Electronic skills.
• ITIL Foundation advantageous, not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries and technical issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and testing on POS and desktop equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and implement the best-fit solution.
• Drive first time-fix outcomes and reduce repeat callouts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Update and manage service calls with clear notes and work details completed on site.
• Follow QMS processes and guidelines from the Field Service Manager.
• Maintain boot stock and complete required administration on time.
