Job summary

Speciality seeks a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with daily operations in our Pietermaritzburg store. You will supervise staff, engage with customers, apply product knowledge, ensure stock availability, uphold housekeeping standards and minimize losses, all while delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will lead by example, manage staff performance, control budgets, and support pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining brand standards and store

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 1–2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Grade 12 or equivalent required; retail acumen is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
