Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store operations in the absence of Store Manager.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records (daily, weekly and monthly administration).
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Overseeing pricing and stock control.
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff.
• Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping.
• Inventory Management (Stock Management).
• Ensure company assets and equipment are secured and accounted for.
• Good understanding of OHASA.
• Understand stores daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
