Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Student Residence Manager.
• Proven experience in student accommodation or residential living environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and reporting ability.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders and student populations.
• Knowledge of health and safety and emergency response procedures.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the student residence.
• Develop, implement, and enforce residence rules and policies.
• Manage occupancy reports, room allocations, and student transfers.
• Maintain asset registers and conduct monthly inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
