Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference for higher education experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in financial aid, banking, or student services.
• Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations, loan certification, and FAFSA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one federal and private loan counseling to students.
• Maintain a caseload with proactive outreach and 24–48 hour responses.
• Review ISIRs, determine aid eligibility, and package federal/private loans.
• Deliver financial literacy education through workshops and webinars.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, Title IV, and lender requirements.
• Document all interactions in Banner and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Bursar to align financial aid with enrollment.
