BoamAI is seeking a Strategy Director (Partnerships & Client Delivery) to own our most strategic enterprise initiatives from pilot to scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO to structure complex problems spanning Product, Engineering, and ML, turning insights into repeatable systems that scale globally.

Ideal candidates come from top-tier strategy firms, with 4–7 years’ experience, exceptional relationship-building, and fluency in executive communication.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years at top-tier strategy firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent
• Proven ability to design operating models and manage multi-function programs
• Strong written and spoken English with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise initiatives from pilot through expansion and scale
• Align Product, Engineering, and ML teams around enterprise outcomes
• Turn customer needs into clear product and technical priorities
• Build operating models and playbooks that future teams will run
• Turn successful implementations into scalable, repeatable systems
• Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions using customer insight
• Produce executive-quality analyses, recommendations, and materials
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and execution
