As a Sales Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and our partners like Uber Eats and Toast to scope pilots, support integrations, and ensure feedback shapes the product.

You will lead discovery, translate needs into API and data-feed specs, and coordinate across teams to keep pilots moving and measurable.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in a customer facing technical role.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
• Worked with API integrations, data operations, and automation through scripting or SQL.
• Comfortable debugging APIs, security, and data flows.
• Strong communicator with both technical and non technical partners.

Aufgaben

• Partner with enterprise customers on pilots and early deployments.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning.
• Translate messy partner data needs into concrete API and data feed requirements.
• Support implementation work across APIs, data feeds, and CRM connections.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams on requirements and scope.
• Translate customer needs into clear tickets, specs, and follow ups.
• Build and maintain demo environments, sample data sets, and playbooks.
• Help design and track pilot success metrics and reporting views.
• Collect structured feedback from users and stakeholders during pilots.
• Troubleshoot issues across data, configuration, and integrations.
• Provide input into roadmap based on real customer use and impact.
