Job summary

TP in Cape Town seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead our learning and development function. You will align the training strategy with business objectives, develop capable teams and drive performance improvements through innovative learning solutions.

You will design and implement training across the employee lifecycle, evaluate impact with data, and partner with Operations to close performance gaps. A strategic, creative approach with senior leadership collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• : Experience leading L&D in large teams and shifting strategy to business outcomes.
• : Ability to translate learning needs into actionable programs and governance.
• : Strong capability in evaluating training impact with data-driven feedback.
• : Familiar with adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• : Develop and execute a strategic training and learning agenda aligned to business and client objectives.
• : Lead, coach and develop the training team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• : Identify training needs via stakeholder engagement and performance data.
• : Design, develop and implement effective training solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• : Evaluate training effectiveness and business impact using data and feedback.
• : Partner with Operations to translate performance gaps into learning interventions.
• : Drive continuous improvement and optimization of training processes and governance.
