TP is seeking an Operations Training Lead in Cape Town to develop and supervise comprehensive employee training programs that drive performance and align with strategic goals. You will assess business needs, design learning solutions, and oversee delivery through a team and external partners.

The role requires extensive experience in training and development, strong leadership, and proficiency with collaboration tools to enable scalable learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years training experience.
• 2-4 years management experience preferred.
• Occupationally Directed – Education Training and Development Practitioner L5.
• Generic Management Level 5 (Preferred).
• MS Teams and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
• Evaluating performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance.
• Identifying training needs with stakeholders and needs assessments.
• Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
• Managing resources including vendors to develop and deliver training.
• Drive brand values through training and development activities.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Keeping abreast of training trends and best practices.
