Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, education, or related field.
• 5-10 years related experience with training and management in a professional environment.
• Experience in managing programmes and vendors.
• Experience in implementing programmes and processes to achieve Skills Development Act / BBBEE SD targets.
• Knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
• Knowledge of the effectiveness of learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyse development needs to identify demand for learning programmes and priority events within an annual calendar.
• Develop a learning plan to meet needs, scorecard, training plan and budget targets.
• Manage Academies across multiple departments and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with P&OE Managers to align learning with operational requirements and capacity.
• Oversee scheduling and uploading of learning interventions in LMS and communicate them internally.
• Prepare monthly training statistics to report on scorecard progress.
• Compile and submit the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
