Job summary

Dash BPO in Randburg, South Africa is seeking an Internal Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume BPO environment, spanning frontline hiring, specialist roles, and leadership positions, aligned with business growth and digital enablement initiatives.

You will partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and IT, manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensure compliance, report on metrics, and build quality pipelines for future-fit talent.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate / NQF 4
• HR degree or relevant
• 2–5+ years recruitment experience in a BPO or call center environment

Responsibilities

• High-Volume BPO Recruitment: Manage bulk recruitment for call center agents across multiple campaigns and lines of business.
• Specialist, Management & Executive Recruitment: Lead recruitment for specialist BPO roles including QA, WFM, Trainers, Team Leaders, Operations Managers, and support functions.
• IT, Automation & AI Recruitment: Recruit for IT, Automation, AI, and digital transformation roles.
• Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Draft and maintain job descriptions; source candidates via ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting; manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a recruitment partner to hiring managers; provide talent market insights and recruitment reporting.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
