• Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment focusing on corporate functions.
• Proven track record hiring for HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Admin roles.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of Gauteng corporate job market.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in Sandton business district is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for corporate support roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Admin).
• Partner with internal hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies; conduct interviews.
• Source high-caliber candidates via job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, run initial interviews, assess fit and potential cultural alignment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and update pipelines.
