Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager in Sandton to lead recruitment across key business units. You will design and execute end-to-end talent strategies, forecast needs with senior leaders, and oversee a team of recruiters to deliver top talent.

You will champion employer branding, drive data-driven sourcing, and collaborate across functions in a hybrid work model, enabling both strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
• Experience in managing and developing a recruitment team.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and specialists.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality and candidate experience.
