Job summary

SIGNAL HILL PRODUCTS seeks an Integrated Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead the financial health of the end-to-end supply chain, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Excise and CAPEX. You will partner with the CEO, CFO, Technical Director and Supply Chain Director to deliver strategic financial direction and robust governance.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, ensure accurate inventory accounting, and spearhead cost improvement and working

Qualifications

Formal tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or related field.
CA(SA) designation is highly advantageous.
Minimum 5–7 years in financial management within supply chain or FMCG/excisable-goods environment.
Strong leadership with coaching and development experience.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership and business partnering to Integrated Supply Chain leadership.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for end-to-end supply chain.
Manage inventory governance, cost-to-serve and KPI tracking.
Oversee tax and excise compliance and treasury-related tasks.
Drive working capital optimization and cost improvement initiatives.
