Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance, including management accounts, annual financial statements, tax, and audits.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure the business remains financially healthy.
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency through costing, margin analysis, and strategic business partnering.
• Lead and develop the finance team while providing commercial insights and recommendations to Exco and key stakeholders.
