Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead end-to-end optimisation across procurement, warehousing, inventory and logistics. You will develop strategic sourcing, negotiate supplier terms, and drive cost-saving initiatives in a heavy industry setting.

The role requires strong governance, compliance and the ability to lead teams with senior stakeholders while delivering measurable operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma required.
• CIPS qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 5–6 years in Supply Chain.
• At least 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain optimisation across procurement, warehousing, inventory and logistics.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategies with supplier negotiations.
• Drive warehouse and inventory optimisation including WMS processes.
• Manage strategic supplier and supply chain contracts and negotiate terms.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage multimodal logistics across road, rail and sea freight, including regional movements.
• Apply INCOTERMS and international freight requirements knowledge.
• Strengthen supplier performance and overall supply-chain resilience.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality controls.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams with senior stakeholders.
