SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in Pretoria to lead our sales team and drive growth within our Business Unit. You will collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to develop strategies that boost profitability and market expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales management, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets in ICT or related sectors. You will report on performance and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Sales Management or Business Management qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• ICT/office automation industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent presentation/negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and expand market share.
• Maximise wallet share through cross-selling opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to the sales team.
• Craft and deliver client-specific product solutions with presentations/demos.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports.
• Collaborate with support teams to tailor client solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to maintain a edge.
• Engage with clients regularly and participate in industry events.
