Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, account management, studio operations, production management, or retail marketing.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, in-store, mobile).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for retail marketing clients with strategic ROI recommendations.
• Translate client briefs into deliverables and coordinate with creative, production, and ops teams for successful campaigns.
• Manage timelines, priorities and resources for on-time delivery across digital, print, in-store, and mobile channels.
• Oversee workflow tracking and maintain accurate project information in the management system.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership and clients, highlighting ROI and business impact.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and optimise processes for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
