Placements24 is seeking a Remote Social Impact Lead for a non-profit organization with a global reach and a strong local focus on impact. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement social programs, manage cross-border remote teams, and measure and report social impact to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strategic thinking, solid experience in program management, and a genuine commitment to social justice and community development, all in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive program management in non-profit or social impact.
• Proven success in designing and implementing social programs.
• Experience coordinating remote or distributed teams.
• Budget management and M&E experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for social impact programs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct research to identify emerging social needs and intervention opportunities.
• Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress and impact.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for remote teams and beneficiaries.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in the social impact sector.
