The role requires an advanced degree and 7+ years in impact measurement, with strong analytics, remote collaboration, and the ability to translate data into insights for donors and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or International Development.
• Minimum of 7 years in impact measurement, M&E, or program evaluation, preferably in non-profit settings.
• Strong analytical skills with both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present findings to diverse audiences.
