Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Community Impact Strategist to design, implement, and oversee nationwide programs addressing social and environmental challenges. This fully remote role requires coordinating with diverse communities, partners, and donors to deliver measurable results from a home office.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in development or public policy, 7+ years in program design, and a proven track record of managing complex initiatives remotely.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Policy, Sociology, Non-Profit Management).
• 7+ years of progressive program design, implementation, and management experience in non-profit or social impact sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic initiatives with measurable community impact.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of community development theories and best practices.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with impact measurement and evaluation frameworks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategic plans for community impact programs aligned with mission and objectives.
• Identify community needs via research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and implement scalable, sustainable program initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for all assigned projects.
• Foster relationships with community leaders, organizations, government agencies, and partners for collaboration.
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and ROI.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including the board and donors.
• Facilitate virtual workshops, training sessions, and community forums to build capacity.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in community development.
