Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead social impact initiatives on a remote basis. You will plan, execute, and evaluate programs, manage budgets, supervise project teams, and build partnerships with community and government partners to achieve measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, brings 7+ years in program management within nonprofit or social sectors, and demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and risk-management

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, International Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in social impact or non-profit sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with monitoring and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of social impact programs, from design and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and optimal resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop reports and presentations on program impact and outcomes for internal and external audiences.
