You will back client relationships with insights for responsible financial solutions and sound risk management.

You will work with a team focused on delivering growth, exceptional service, and governance, while maintaining data integrity and complying with policy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in advisory environment or financial services
• Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints with quality outputs
• NQF 6 finance qualification or higher required
• Advisory industry knowledge or related diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit data to estimate risk for lending decisions
• Support growth of the client portfolio and revenue vs budget
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Balanced Scorecard
• Act as primary contact for defined customer portfolio
• Address and resolve customer complaints to the customer’s satisfaction
• Grow active customer account base and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure governance and audit compliance in processes
• Prepare credit proposals for review by Credit Product House
• Stay updated on market trends and credit policy
• Invest in own development to enhance competencies
