Qualifikationen

• Matric/Grade 12 or higher is required.
• Candidate should have NQF Level 5+ in a financial or business field.
• FAIS Accreditation Level 1 is preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in business acquisition is essential.
• 2-3 years’ relationship management experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport are essential.

• Research and analyse information to propose solutions for work challenges.
• Support business strategy, objectives and values by aligning delivered systems, processes and services.
• Identify training and career progression needs with input from management.
• Ensure personal development plan activities are completed.
• Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders.
• Obtain buy-in for new or enhanced processes to improve stakeholder operations.
