Nedbank is seeking a capable Relationship Manager to deliver tailored banking solutions to clients in Cape Town. You will build and maintain client relationships, assess risk, and work with internal teams to meet portfolio targets.

The role emphasizes understanding client needs, data analysis, and effective communication. The position requires 2–3 years in business acquisition and relationship management, a valid driver’s license, and an NQF Level 5 or higher in a financial or business field,

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate is required.
NQF Level 5 or higher in a financial or business-related field is essential.
FAIS Accreditation Regulatory Examination Level 1 is required.

Responsabilités

Deliver banking solutions through understanding client business needs and relationship management.
Demonstrate understanding of risk parameters by managing client relationships per credit principles.
Proactively manage client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet portfolio mandates.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in delivering client solutions.
Maintain compliance with risk standards, policies, and Nedbank procedures.
