Placements24 is partnering with a prestigious retail group to recruit a Regional Retail Sales Director for Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This on-site executive role centers on driving revenue growth, market penetration, and flawless sales execution across all regional outlets.

You will set regional targets, lead store managers, monitor market trends, and collaborate with merchandising and marketing to align launches with campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 8–10+ years in retail sales leadership with regional exposure.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and target delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within KwaZulu-Natal region.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans for Richards Bay outlets.
• Lead, coach and develop store managers to maximize performance.
• Monitor performance, market trends and competition; report insights.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and superior shopping experience.
• Manage region P&L and budgets; ensure profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate with merchandising/marketing on launches and campaigns.
• Ensure policy, procedures and brand standards across outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion within the region.
