Talent Shore is seeking a Rec-to-Rec / Talent Partner in Johannesburg to headhunt and build a pipeline of recruitment talent for our group. The role focuses on creating relationships with experienced recruiters, founders and recruitment business owners, ahead of vacancies, to fuel future growth.

You will map markets, identify top recruiters and nurture a network that supports expansion of our teams, including potential leadership and new division opportunities.

Qualifications

• Head-hunting experienced recruiters through various channels.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of recruitment talent.
• Identifying recruiters for current teams and future leaders.

Responsabilités

• Headhunt recruiters via LinkedIn, databases, networking and referrals.
