Job summary

You will use applicant tracking systems, stay compliant with labour laws, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and report metrics. Collaboration with HR is essential to meet EE plans and development requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Recruiting Manager/Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of current labour legislations.
• Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Salary negotiation and employee retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract talent to support recruitment programs nationally across business units.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment administration and ensure successful placements.
• Collaborate with HR to advise on recruitment according to EE plans and skills development requirements.
• Analyse recruitment data, forecast needs and track metrics to measure efficiency.
