Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a driven tech recruiter in Johannesburg to manage full-cycle recruitment for SaaS, Fintech, and cyber security roles. You will leverage CandidateMatch AI scoring and tiered frameworks while owning the candidate experience end to end.

From day one you will work with warm accounts and gradually develop your own desk. The role emphasizes proven billing history and the ability to run qualifying calls independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years billing in tech recruitment across SaaS, Fintech, CyberSec, or adjacent domains.
• Provable billing history with actual invoiced numbers.
• Confident conducting qualifying calls with a technical hiring manager without a supervisor present.
• US market exposure is a plus due to GTM/Solutions Engineering desk spanning UK and US.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: brief-taking, sourcing, qualifying calls, submission, interview management, offers and negotiation.
• Client-facing from day one on warm/existing accounts, with growth into new business later.
• Apply CandidateMatch AI scoring and tiered frameworks in candidate evaluation.
• Own candidate experience end to end, including references and terms of engagement.
