Placements24 is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a significant segment of assets in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will lead a team of property managers, drive performance, and optimise operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Mossel Bay market, strong financial acumen, and a track record of maximizing returns through strategic planning and effective tenant relations. You will report to senior management and contribute to long-term portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in property management with supervision/portfolio experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mossel Bay market and Western Cape property landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties to ensure performance and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of Property Managers; provide guidance and support.
• Develop and manage annual budgets including operating expenses, capex, and rental income projections.
• Implement property management policies and procedures to drive efficiency.
• Ensure properties are well maintained and compliant with laws and standards.
• Manage tenant relations, negotiate leases, and oversee renewals and terminations.
• Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management and owners.
