Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Property Development Consultant to oversee the full lifecycle of development projects in Benoni, Gauteng. You will lead from concept to construction, coordinate with architects and authorities, and drive feasibility and market analyses to identify profitable opportunities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial modeling, project management skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach in a dynamic property development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proven track record in property development or project management.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with market analysis and feasibility studies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development sites in and around Benoni, Gauteng.
• Conduct feasibility studies including market analysis and financial viability.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets for all phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Manage permits, approvals and zoning requirements.
• Oversee construction ensuring design, quality and safety standards.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies for new properties.
• Manage relationships with investors and joint venture partners.
• Provide senior management with progress reports on budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices in Gauteng.
