The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or retail management and 4+ years of operations experience, with strong MS Office/Excel skills and proven stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in business, retail management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in operations initiatives.
• Strong background in operations, projects or new ventures.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communicating to senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate operational processes to stakeholders across branches and stores.
• Identify issues in processes and coordinate timely solutions.
• Back-office escalation support for Help Centre to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand training needs and coordinate delivery.
• Review customer journey to maximise the customer experience.
• Support the execution of strategic projects.
• Identify root causes for repeat issues and complaints.
• Collaborate with partner and internal teams to fix order problems.
• Provide fast, professional support to stakeholders.
• Produce weekly/monthly reporting on trends and feedback.
• Audit operations and build stakeholder relationships.
• Provide management with actionable insights to resolve issues.
