Placements24 is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to identify and manage major alliances across the Rustenburg, North West region. You will lead negotiations, frame partnership strategy, and collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to fuel revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management in technology.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing complex partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Rustenburg/North West business ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop business cases for partnerships.
• Experience in developing and managing partner programs and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for identifying, engaging, and securing new partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners.
• Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for partner onboarding and programs.
• Define and track KPIs for partnership success and report to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Manage the partner lifecycle from initial engagement to ongoing optimization.
• Resolve issues or conflicts within partnership engagements.
