Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You will own paid media for a book of multifamily clients, shaping targeting, budgets, and campaign narratives. You’ll be the strategic voice guiding client calls and roadmap decisions.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, with a track record of improving ROAS/CPA. Agency experience and clear English communication with US clients are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns end-to-end.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multifamily clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing, including when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers behind the story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
