Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell opportunities.
