You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, agency juggling skills, and clear English for US calls. Remote work across Canada, SA, or USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement across clients.
• Experience juggling multiple clients in an agency.
• Strong spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
