Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You define targeting, budgets, and the narrative when the client asks why.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, perform budget allocation, bidding, and creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign. You bring 3+ years hands-on experience, agency experience across multiple clients, and strong English for US calls; multifamily or multi-location

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
