Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily accounts across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing strategies.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with clients and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell opportunities.
