Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Durban seeks an Account Manager III to manage a territory and build consultative relationships with law schools and law firms. You’ll develop strategic account plans, drive adoption of LexisNexis solutions and coordinate with product, marketing and support teams to deliver value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for law school and law firm customers to increase active users.
• Working effectively with students, faculty, associates, partners and other stakeholders.
• Developing strategic account plans, identifying sales opportunities, targeting sales activities and analysing competitor threats.
• Delivering customer presentations that communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiation.
• Conducting research, analysing findings and sharing insights with product, segment and marketing teams.
• Executing marketing strategies that position LexisNexis as an expert source for law firms.
