Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of learning across the Consumer business.

You will partner with leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and translate requirements into practical learning solutions. You will drive leadership development, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives, ensuring compliance with South African Skills Development and BBBEE requirements while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, L&D, industrial psychology, education or a related field.
• Relevant L&D certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy for the Consumer business.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and translate requirements into practical learning solutions.
• Develop annual learning plans and capability-building roadmaps.
