Job summary

Fempower Personnel in Cape Town seeks two Client Relationship Managers in Learning & Development to service the Cape Town area. You will build relationships with corporate clients and senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to grow business through training solutions.

The role focuses on presenting skills development offerings, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a robust client pipeline.

Qualifications

A relevant Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in client relationship management, account management or business development.
Experience within the learning and development or corporate training environment is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
Hands-on experience using CRM systems and maintaining customer and pipeline information.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients within the corporate learning and development environment.
Engage with senior-level client engagements to understand organisational challenges and training needs.
Position learning and development solutions to address client requirements.
Develop a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities within the corporate training and skills development market.
Prepare proposals, presentations and other client-facing documentation.
Provide CRM-based reporting and insights to support management decisions.
