Job summary

Fempower Personnel is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for learning and development in the Cape Winelands area. You will nurture client relationships, understand workforce development needs and position customised L&D solutions.

The role focuses on engaging with senior decision-makers, growing existing accounts and opening new business through strategic account management, CRM excellence and credible presentations to executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
Experience in learning and development or corporate training is advantageous.
Strong CRM experience and executive stakeholder engagement.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the corporate L&D environment.
Engage with senior-level decision-makers to identify training needs and opportunities.
Position learning solutions including skills programmes, qualifications and learnerships.
Develop a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities and revenue growth.
Plan and facilitate client meetings, workshops and strategic discussions.
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide management with insights.
