Job summary

Fempower Personnel is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for learning and development in the Cape Winelands area. You will nurture client relationships, understand workforce development needs and position customised L&D solutions.

The role focuses on engaging with senior decision-makers, growing existing accounts and opening new business through strategic account management, CRM excellence and credible presentations to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in learning and development or corporate training is advantageous.
• Strong CRM experience and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the corporate L&D environment.
• Engage with senior-level decision-makers to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Position learning solutions including skills programmes, qualifications and learnerships.
• Develop a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities and revenue growth.
• Plan and facilitate client meetings, workshops and strategic discussions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide management with insights.
