Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a proactive Key Account Representative for Durban to drive store-level sales and strengthen retailer partnerships. You will manage calls on key accounts, execute promotions, and monitor stock to meet regional targets.

Responsibilities include optimizing shelf space, negotiating displays, and ensuring planograms are followed, while maintaining safety and accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• Achieve monthly sales budgets in assigned region.
• Maintain regular customer call routes and relationships with merchandisers & store personnel.
• Track and report daily sales activity using Salesforce and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Increase volumes in store to achieve the region's sales budget.
• Negotiate additional display space and set up safe displays.
• Monitor stock levels, prevent out-of-stocks and manage stock rotation.
• Ensure planograms and category flows are implemented across stores.
• Maintain TRC safety practices and accurate reporting.
