Job summary

Redline Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Customer Success & Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator to nurture key client relationships from enquiry through project delivery in Cape Town.

You will drive new business with architects, designers and developers, manage high-value projects end-to-end, and coordinate handovers to Production and Operations in a fast-paced built environment. A commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or related fields.
Experience in joinery, kitchen manufacturing, interiors, construction or the built environment is advantageous.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience with quotations, tenders and managing high-value projects.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Strong MS Office and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

Manage key client relationships from enquiry to project completion.
Develop new business and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors.
Manage full sales cycle: leads, quotations, tenders, negotiations and conversions.
Grow sales pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets.
Coordinate handover of projects to Production and Operations.
Monitor project progress, timelines, manufacturing, delivery and installation.
Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues.
Drive repeat business, referrals and upselling.
