You will lead planning, manage budgets, implement M&E frameworks, and build partnerships with beneficiaries, government, and civil society.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive program management experience in non-profit or development sectors.
• Proven expertise in program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and development of social impact programs.
• Oversee day-to-day program activities for timely execution.
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Manage program budgets with financial accountability.
• Build relationships with beneficiaries, partners, government agencies, and stakeholders in Cape Town.
• Prepare donor and governance reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Supervise and mentor program staff to foster high performance.
• Identify opportunities for program innovation and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
