Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in program management within social impact/non-profit sector.
• Proven track record in designing and managing social development programs.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and monitoring skills.
• Understanding of SA social issues, especially Northern Cape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, evaluation methodologies, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social impact programs from inception to completion.
• Identify community needs and opportunities through research and stakeholder engagement.
• Formulate program goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and financial accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, government, NGOs, and partners.
• Monitor activities, collect data, and evaluate impact and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate program teams for efficient collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate program risks with contingency planning.
• Stay updated on best practices in social impact and development.
