Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field (Development, Social Work, Public Admin)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive program management experience in non-profit or development sectors
• Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate multi-project programs in challenging environments
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and donor relations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans; isiXhosa a plus
